i packed the pounds back on. but whatever. i lost 5 pounds in a week. time for me to start new :)
i ran everyday this week! and fall ball started :)
I’m so sore. Wednesday I had softball practice. Thursday was softball training, lifting and conditioning. Afterwards me and my friend Emily went for a run. 1.3 miles. For the past two days…I literally couldnt sit down without it killing me. Walking hurts…but I can’t blame anyone but myself. I didn’t stretch and now I’m beating myself up for it. Wish me luck at practice today :/ .
P.S. Game tomorrow. I’m catching :(

I ran a mile today. About to do a 4 minute and 7 minute workout. Even though 7 minutes is short, it feels like forever.
