Abs on abs on abs.
I tried using my scale…I haven’t weighed myself in months. The only reason I think I’m 144 is because that’s what my doctor said. The batteries are low on the scale. FML. I gotta walk over to RadioShack and get some batteries. It’s okay though… it’s another reason to go for a walk.
I ran 2 miles today! All the way to my best friend’s house. Then walked with her to stop and shop…bought an apple and a bday card for her mom. Then walked back to my house. So in total 4 miles walking/running. We walked to Burger King to get my brother fries…and yeah I had a couple. When I realized I ate them I stopped. I gave her the fries and just at that moment…my brother drove by. I ran to catch up with him and he sped up…so I ran harder. And he kept going. I worked off the 2 fries I ate and now I feel better. Hahah today’s workout was successful but I’m gonna keep going with the 4 minute workout I posted yesterday. Exercising feels great.
